Gute Lage. Terrasse nett. abschließbarer Skischuppen
Ausstattung der Wohnung: in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit: mangelhaft, staubig, speziell in der Küche alles klebrig, dreckige Töpfe, dreckiges Geschirr, wurde vermutlich nicht überprüft ob Vormieter wirklich geputzt haben. Fenster undicht, Wände, Böden sehr kalt, Heizungen brauchen sehr lange bis die Räume warm werden. Das Studio sollte dringend grundgesäubert und ausgebessert werden, z. B. Wände streichen, Türen ebenfalls alle klebrig etc. Dann könnte es ganz nett sein, in dem jetzigen Zustand aber eher eine Zumutung. Unserer Meinung für einen Skiurlaub auch eher ungeeignet, da keine Möglichkeit Skikleidung aufzuhängen - und wir waren nur zu zweit, kaum vorstellbar mit 4 Personen dort zu wohnen.
