I absolutely LOVED staying in this property!! It’s extremely clean and cute and comfortable. the neighborhood is quite and beautiful. I would love to come back and stay here for a few weeks! You have everything you need in this house! The host is the best!!

Location perfect for a conference in the Convention Center. If I had been there for a (beach) vacation, I would not have been excited (being a German traveler). But for American standards "Less than 2 Mi ..." seems to be a great selling argument.
The house was in good shape and nicely decorated.
The instructions were not really comprehensive for non-US guests (separation of trash, selecting TV channels, usage of washing machine, etc.). Some of the electrical installations were in bad shape (lose cables, etc.). The garden was a little bit neglected but probably difficult to maintain under the local climate conditions.

Property was very clean. Good location in quiet area.
The lamps on the bedroom did not work and the plug in the kitchen sparked.
