The location was within walking distance to the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cottage 3 on Penn. It was clean, nicely decorated, and the communication with the team was effective and timely.While West Palm Beach is beautiful, like many areas it can vary block by block, one street well-kept and the next in need of care. Aside from this detail, everything felt safe, and my stay was great.

Great little place. Very clean. The bed was so comfortable! Very impressed. The host was amazing. I had a flight delay and Kathryn was so sweet checking in with me. Will definitely stay again.
