The location was excellent. It was convenient to the beachfront and there is a wonderful grocery store just across the street.
There was mold in the bathroom. We had concerns about this! Lots of things need fixing, replacing. The toilet seat cover was broken. Lots of things felt rickety. We had expected more of the basics like hand soap in the bathroom. While we had arranged to move in at a certain time, it was only by chance that we met the cleaner leaving the property. No one told us the keys were in the lockbox or given us a combination for accessing them.
