Emplacement idéal, le long de l'avenue Playa Honda, des kilomètres de promenade et proximité des restaurants et commerces.
Le passages des camions de la voirie entre 04h40 et 05h15 le matin.

Ottima posizione, tranquilla, adatta a famiglie, terrazza esterna ampia e fornita con barbecue, locale molto luminoso e accessoriato. Esperienza positiva.

Está todo muy bien equipado en cuanto a menaje y la ubicación es muy buena.
Quizás el único problema es que el camión de la basura pasa dos veces en la noche de madrugada y la ventana da justo a la calle donde se produce el vaciado de los contenedores. Como crítica constructiva la carpintería de las puertas interior con una pequeña reforma luciría genial.
