The place is very nice, everything is clean und the room was very comfortable. The supermarkets are nearby, the bus drives every hour. And of course the mountains! A lot of places to walk with children, to hike or to climb. We will return next year, thank you very much!

There is no WiFi in the room, you have to go outside the hotel to get it. Und there is no washing machine to do everyday laundry, it's a little bit disappointing and brings difficulties in your everyday life.

Awful

We stuck in the traffic jam and the lady at the reception told us she won’t wait for us to give us the key. So we had to book another place for one night. Really awful… and we had two kids! Never had such a bad experience! And of course we had to pay for that night.

Not really enough space for the family with 2 children, broken old furniture (for example, double beds were not possible to use and it was not repaired during our stay)

checkIn time is very important, you can’t arrange late checkin, they wont give you the key after 19.00. extra charge for bed sheats, no towells. very old style apartmens.

Miscommunication with booking.com and staff about their limited check in time. Never got to stay or to see the village. Had to change our route & wasted our money.

It was quite clean, big and comfortable.

I was only one ask for the reception about taking the keys a bit later, because we travelled all day with traffic jams and road districtions. The owner shows zero coopertion, she didn't want to help me either.

Very good appartment for the family with kids (small kitchen, great view, peaceful. 2 rooms in our case could be more convenient but as for the location and big season a good / reasonable price.

Payment booking 2 weeks in advance non- refundable. Risk of corona was with us as well as some extra costs as we needed to leave earlier.

Exceptional

We stayed 6 nights In Alpina Residence, from 27.12.2021-02.01.2022. Eveything was great! The location, the accomodation, the view! The kitchen is equiped more than enough. You are supposed to bring bed linen, or you can rent it. There are ski busses on every 15 min, passing straight In front of the hotel. Strongly recommend 🙂

Sem internet e sem roupa de cama

A geladeira e o freezer estavam limpos e funcionando. A mesa da cozinha comportava os hóspedes e o sofá era suficiente para assistir TV.

Não posso dizer que as pessoas da recepção não eram simpáticas, pois esse pode ser o padrão de atendimento deste local. Entretanto considero absurdo ter que pagar pela roupa de cama e banho, destacando que para poder alugar a roupa de cama e banho tivemos que ir a um escritório do outro lado da rua e com um atendimento não amistoso. A última vez que precisei num hotel/hospedagem retirar roupa de cama e banho foi em alojamento de estudante em 1988! Quando perguntamos sobre internet nos apartamentos, fomos informados que não havia! Se fosse necessário usar internet, poderiamos ir até uma sala do lado do escritório e usar a internet ali! O forno do apartamento não funcionava como documentado na foto. Os travesseiros de espuma deviam ser tão velhos que só de apoiar a cabeça ficavam da altua de uma folha de papelão.

Großes geräumiges Apartment mit 4 Betten. Für eine Familie ideal. ein kleiner Supermarkt im gleichen Haus.

Das WLAN gibt es nur an der Rezeption. Die ist aber in einem anderen Gebäude, von daher unbrauchbar.

Не привітлива Ріта , в час коли ми реєструвалися в апартаменти. Відповідала агресивно . Не сподобалось: не прибрано , посуд кухні брудний , пилюка по всіх апартаментах . Бачили в наших друзів в цій резиденції , апартаменти також були не прибрані взагалі !!!! Коли ми по відʼїзду повідомили Ріті , яка здавала нам апартаменти, що бруд є повсюди у всіх апартаментах , Ріта відповідала агресивно і не хотіла вислухати нас , при тому що ми мали докази фото та відео заїзду брудних апартаментів .

Nonostante il clima tre bellissime giornate a Solda

C'è un bel balcone con sedie e sdraio con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. E' un monolocale, con lo spazio ben gestito che da la sensazione di essere più grande di quello che è. Anche il bagno è comodo e spazioso.

Dato che a poca distanza l'uno dall'altro ci sono più strutture con lo stesso nome (Hotel e Residence), sarebbe utile nelle indicazioni segnalare la cosa. Nulla da ridire sulla pulizia generale, ma abbiamo trovato le manopole dei fornelli non pulite correttamente.

Boven verwachting

De ligging en het uitzicht waren boven verwachting. Het ruime balkon gaf een adembenemend uitzicht over de bergen. Zelfs vanuit het bed kon je genieten van het prachtige landschap – een geweldige manier om wakker te worden. De badkamer was schoon en de douche lekker ruim. De keuken was praktisch ingericht en uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken, inclusief een knusse eethoek. In het gebouw zelf zit een kleine supermarkt, wat erg handig is. In de directe omgeving zijn volop wandelroutes en meerdere kabelbanen bereikbaar te voet. De weg ernaartoe was op zich al een beleving, met onderweg schitterende vergezichten.

De kussens roken niet fris en hierdoor niet kunnen gebruiken. Het tweepersoonsbed bestond uit twee aparte matrassen, wat minder comfortabel lag. Jammer dat er extra betaald moet worden voor beddengoed en badkamer artikelen. Dit wist ik van tevoren en had ik had ze meegenomen, wat kofferruimte koste. Ondanks deze nadelen beveel ik dit hotel toch van harte aan!

La psizione sotto l' Ortles e la vicinanza al paese . Il parcheggio a disposizione sotto casa e la comodità con l'accesso alla struttura direttamente con l'ascensore e poi 'appartamento confortevole, molto pulito.

L'aria anche se per la stagione era un po' freddino, però anche le persone del posto dicevano che così la temperatura non è mai stata così rigida in questa stagione, però per una persona che viene da una località calda e afosa è il top, paese piccolo con poco e tragitto per andare e venire un po' troppo stancante e purtroppo devi fare su e giù se vuoi vedere qualcosa o fare la spesa
