Solda is a very nice and beautiful mountain environment. Isabella reacted responsive. The apartment is somewhat aged and offers great value for money. We appreciated the location and parking spot.

Wir benötigten eine kleine Ferienwohnung, da wir sehr gerne Selbstversorger sind. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was dazu nötig ist. Die Lage ist toll, wenn auch ein Balkon schön gewesen wäre. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief super. Sie war immer zu erreichen und hat immer sofort Auskunft gegeben. Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt!

Valuto il soggiorno con il massimo del punteggio per: ottima posizione dell'appartamento (sentieri proprio difronte l'ingresso e paese raggiungibile a piedi), animali ammessi, proprietaria gentile e disponibile, cucina adeguata e fornita di tutto l'occorrente, ampio parcheggio, l'appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, Solda inoltre offre tante e differenti possibilità per passare il tempo all'aria aperta.

Ottimo soggiorno a Solda. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile, la casa ha tutto il necessario ed è ubicata in una zona molto tranquilla del paese vicino ai sentieri, alle seggiovie e alla funivia. Spendida vista della valle e delle montagne, si è circondati da una natura meravigliosa. Ci sono di diversi ristoranti in paese e due piccoli supermercati. Esperienza unica e sicuramente da rifare!!!

Die angegebene Adresse stimmte nicht, so das wir das Haus zuvor nicht irgendwie anschauen konnten. Es gab ein Link mit Google Street View dort stand ein völlig anderes Haus. Es ist ein Gebäude von 19.. und seit dem wurde der Teppich nicht erneuert. Die Vermieterin erzählte uns, wir seien die ersten Gäste nach der spontanen Schließung am 11. März. Corona!! Die Wohnung ist mehr als dreckig und versifft, das Wasser aus den Leitungen rostig braun. (In den Schränken war Müll, die Heizung mit einer dicken grauen festen Staubschicht überzogen und Schrauben fielen ab, der blaue Klappsessel hat Flecken von denen wir garnicht wissen wollten woher, Das Geschirr war dreckig und staubig, der Geruch war mehr moderig mit 4711 überdeckt, an der Lampe war der Staub so fest, das Fliegen daran gestorben sind) Die Einrichtung und und Inventar entsprachen der Beschreibung. Die Lage der Wohnung eigentlich perfekt! Die dazu bestellte Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Als dann ein kleines Tier 4-6mm groß in einem Bett war, habe wir den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Von der Vermieterin haben wir das Geld abzüglich ihrer zu zahlenden Gebühren an FEWO Bar erstattet bekommen. Wir haben dann nachts eine andere Bleibe gefunden.

Appartamento, situato in un grande edificio, piccolo e relativamente cofortevole. In cucina mancano molte stoviglie, la zona per mangiare è minima e lo spazio è appena sufficente. La vista è magnifica e si apprezza il silenzio e la tranquillità.

La cosa in assoluto che abbiamo gradito di più è stata la posizione. Ovviamente l'appartamento aveva tutto ciò che poteva servire e anche di più, ma la posizione è fantastica: vicino al paese ma non troppo, molto vicino alla funivia e alle seggiovie, tranquillo ma con molte comodità vicino, vicino al sentiero culturale e ai molti sentieri con cui si incrociava. Siamo stati molto bene e non abbiamo avuto mai bisogno di spostare la macchina vista l'ampia varietà di sentieri a portata di mano.

Disponibilità e accoglienza paziente, pratica, dotta della Mamma di Isabella al mio arrivo in Val Venosta. Appartamento anni '70 in tutto, con quadri moderni alle pareti: davvero emozionante da abitare. Posizione su una linea spettacolare.

Der Check-In war total einfach, wir haben unseren Schlüssel sogar schon um 09:00 Uhr bekommen, obwohl der Check-In erst ab 16:00 Uhr angedacht ist. Der Check-Out war ebenso problemlos, wir konnten sogar noch den letzten Tag bis zum Schluss Ski fahren, bevor wir das Apartment räumen mussten. Für den günstigen Preis ist es klar, dass man eine spartanische Ausstattung vorfindet. Bemängeln muss ich, dass das Klappbett und das Hochbett sehr klein sind und die Matratzen aller Betten dunkle Flecken hatten. Da das Apartment wohl länger leer steht, hatten wir die ersten 2 Tage nur braunes rostiges Wasser, bis es dann klar wurde. Unterm Strich dennoch ein toller Aufenthalt.

La posizione è ottima e l'appartamento è confortevole e non manca nulla. La proprietaria è disponibile e simpatica. Anche gli animali sono ben accolti(fatto per noi molto importante visto che la nostra cagnolina viene sempre con noi!). Solda e l'Ortles tolgono il fiato e dopo la settimana bianca abbiamo subito prenotato anche per l'estate
