Location was great, beside bus station and close to many nice coffee shops and restaurants, + within a walk distance to beach, hostel very friendly and quiet

Excellent location but missed the sign a few times!! Perhaps have one at street level would help! Trees get in the way from a distance. Friendly staff who take pride in keeping up high standards! Clean! Excellent reading light that doesn't affect others. Eeffective ceiling fans!

Super convenient location across from the bus station and close walk to bars/restaurants. Staff were really friendly and the common area and kitchen were a really good set up.

The layout limiting breeze in the rooms made sleeping VERY hot/stuffy despite it being around 20 degrees outside (the divided beds means you dont get much airflow even with the windows open and the fans running - although i found out upon leaving i apparently had a personal fan in my bunk which would have helped). As a result of the bathroom ventilation being tied to the light on a timer, i found them to have a smell despite being otherwise very clean, in particular the shower stalls. The staff take good care of the place, it's just the layout doesnt lend itself to being a well ventilated interior. Also this is definitely a place to come with only a small bag and have your things well organised, the lockers are narrow and short(didnt fit my hiking pack), so there isnt much space to leave your things or sort through a bag in the morning/evening.
