Okay but not good value for money.

Clean apartment. Great location, close to the beach. Parking available at the property.

The stove in the kitchen didn’t work properly. You had to be creative to turn it on without hurting yourself. The blow dryer was weak and useless. Only one toilet paper roll. They wanted us to take the trash out and clean the dishes before checking out which was a bit unusual. There were big black ants all over the balcony table and chairs.

Nice place, great balcony, swimming pool

Few details: pillow sheets were used and dirty,with a smell of not washed linen, there is no owen in a kitchen, bed looks great but is a little bit noisy with every move

Dazzling

The accomodation was amazing, as well as our hosts. It is a quiet place very close to the beach and one of the many crossfit parks.

Disappointing

Location was very good with short walking distances to the center of the Umag (15min) and the beach (10min) Pool and Jacuzzi was a plus, but we did not use it as the pool is bit small and we were not willing to share it with others during covid situation. Free parking

Parking log was busy in the mornings as guests were going in and out. Kitchenette was not equipped with salt, oil or pepper. We were missing bowls and some more of kitchen equipment like paper towels or tools for cooking. Hair dryer was missing and we have had only 3 hangers for clothing, so I had to ask for more. Walls were not very soundproof so you can imagine what you could hear from another apartments. Having 1 set of towels and 1(roll) of toilet paper per stay surprised me in very bad way as I did not encounter this anywhere else in the world, even in Bulgaria or Romania with 8e/person 1 night. I suggest the owner to raise the price 1 euro per day and have more toilet paper for everybody. Anywhere we simply received another roll or clean towels without funny remarks that we should go buy our own. Our apartment had a view directly on the parking lot which was quite busy in the mornings (moving guests out and in). 1 set of towels towels for free was also a big surprise for me and I did not encounter this anytime before. With 75EUR/night I expected not to beg for toilet paper nor clean towels. Only a cool water was running instead a hot water 2-3 times per our 6 night stay. Wifi was very slow and we did not use it at all. I would not stay here again.

Dissapointing stay

Only the parking was ok.

Would not recommend. €70,- for one night, too expensive for a little appartment with one bedroom, shower and balcony. Bed is almost broken. TV in our room was broken. They also have a funny list which you will receive upon arrival. This is a list with rules. Every rule is concluded with 'if X happens, pay damages'. A little bit patronizing. Not worth the money.

Super für Kurzurlaub

Sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Pool und Whirlpool. Sehr gepflegt und super Lage. Freundliches Personal und alles in der Nähe was man braucht (Supermarkt, Lokale, Stadtzentrum usw) Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub, Studio sehr komfortabel, sauber und modern.

Wir haben eine kleine Kaffeemaschine vermisst, ansonsten aber alles top ausgestattet. Whirlpool war leider schon zu, aber da wir gegen Ende der Saison waren auch kein Problem.

I cuscini ….. tropo duri e scomodi,le lenzuola sembravano vecchie ….. per il prezzo della camera ci sarebbe da migliorare la biancheria. Il fon che appena si scaldava smetteva di funzionare….. piccole cose che potrebbero renderlo perfetto

Leider hat der Besitzer den Urlaubsstart verhaut!

Besitzer äußerst unfreundlich. Obwohl unser Zimmer schon fertig war, mussten wir bis 14.00 Uhr bei 32 Grad auf den Schlüssel warten. Es war mir schon klar, dass die Wohnung lt. Info erst ab 16.00 Uhr am Anreisetag bezogen werden kann, aber wenn sie bereits bezugsfertig ist kann man mehr Flexibilität erwarten. Bevor überhaupt das Zimmer besichtigt werden konnte, musste es in bar bezahlt werden. Eine Rolle WC-Papier für eine Woche bzw. Zusatzkosten wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht ausgeschaltet hat beim Verlassen des Zimmers sagt alles.

Za lastnike si samo stevilka

Hiter dostop do trgovine, plaze, ATPja. Vsec nama je bil tudi vrt in bazen.

Placilo je mozno le z gotovino. Tega nisva vedela in sva prosila, ce lahko znesek nakazeva saj njihovi bankomati vzamejo precej provizije, sploh, ce je znesek visok. Naslednje jutro je do naju prisel lastnik z zelo nesramnim tonom - da naju bojo mogli vrzt iz apartmaja v kolikor ne placava takoh v gotovini. Prav tako so lastniki zelo neodzivni. Ko sva prispela na lokacijo, ni bilo nikjer nobenga. Nihce se ni javil na telefon. 15minut sva iskala ljudi, nato naletela na lastnico v sosednji zgradbi, ko govori po telefonu. Prav tako so bili neodzivni na vsa najina vprasanja preko Booking aplikacije. Imas obcutek, da so v stavbo “nametali” cimvec apartmajev od katerih poberejo denar isto sekundo ko vstopis na posest, potem pa si za njih samo se stevilka.

Okolica bazena zelo čista in urejena, v hiši čisto, lepo pohištvo, veliko pripomočkov v kuhinji. Osebje zelo prijazno in vztrežljivo. Nastanitev blizu morja in trgovin.

Bazen bi lahko bil odprt malo dlje časa.
