Reasonably spacious, air conditioning was a life saver.
Power outage on the 2nd night was crazy because the room only unlocks with a door code which obviously wasn't working so I was on the phone with a woman who runs the place trying to work out where the keys were that would let me in. It worked out in the end but probably a bit more drama than I would've liked.
Also, the microwave almost exploded when I used it because the little panel inside that covers the microwave thing had a whole in it.

Location is good, 8 bus station till the center of the city. Bus station and supermarket right in the front of the property. 2 restaurants and many bakery near the property.
A bit noisy been right on the street and not well sonic insulated on the interior. You could easily hear the neighbors having sex :)

Location was perfect, close to the parks and center, a lot of restaurants around and still being a quiet place.
The room was small, but had a great bed, conditioning and kitchen
The cabin in a bath is in a bad condition, needs fixes. Some dirt on the walls, but not very much visible

Had all there in one room, hob, microwave, fridge etc
Close to main road and others there slamming door, so quite noisy.
