The staff was helpful even if no one was an english speaker. The breakfast was adequate.
A strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the room and the noise from the street are not expected from a four stars hotel.

Breakfast was OK.
Disappointed. They gave us a very noisy room facing the highway even if the hotel is almost empty with plenty of other rooms available. I didn’t sleep all night long. The room was marketed as 32 sqm on booking but has no more than 20 sqm. The bed size is queen size and not king size as advertised. The wallpaper sheets on the wall corner is falling down showing mold behind. One shower button is missing. I feel that the receptionist downgrade our room because we stay only one night, so not at all any room upgrade as promised as a Genius advantage. Not recommended for this unfair attitude.
