Staff was very nice.
Bathroom door stuck. Had to slam it hard to shut all the way.
In the mornings the water pressure
Must have been very low as it took very long to refill toilet.

During this stay I went to a concert at American Airline Center, this hotel was about 7 min away so it was really convenient drive back. The value the the stay was great nothing to crazy for 2 night stay.
As an old motel it comes with it wears and tears and sadly there was part of the room that is dirty but nothing the staff can really do unless they do a deep clean. Also the bathroom door 116 does not close unless u smash it and the restroom is not big enough to have the door open.

The location to the Dallas Market center is excellent. There is also always ample parking and the rooms are spacious. It was much improved from when I stayed 2 years previously. THe beds were very comfortable.
The lobby area could be a bit more inviting and it would be nice if they provided coffee.

Questionable neighborhood, cost was cheapest around but not value for the money.
