Fantastic duplex apartment with garden and private pool, the house is 300 meters from the town, 35 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Granada and 50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

The whole house is equipped with comfortable and top quality furniture, is distributed in living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms, bathroom and study on the top floor. There is a part of the house that the owners use but they have completely independent entrances.
Perfect to enjoy a fantastic holiday. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, study with bed, kitchen, living room, porch, pergola with barbecue, pool and dressing room. Equipped with hair dryer, iron, washing machine, oven, sheets, towels ... The rest of the house, with independent entrance, will be used by the owner. The area of the garden, the pool and the care of the animals (chickens) will be carried out every day or alternate days. It's a very quite zone.

Lo primero agradecer a Soco su amabilidad y disposición con nosotros.
Decir que es una casa magnífica es quedarse corto. Y si la casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, el exterior increíble. Un magnífico porche donde pasar el rato, un patio con zona de barbacoa perfecto y lo mejor en mi opinión, la zona de la piscina perfectamente preparada y con un agua transparente que invita continuamente al baño. Muy recomendable.

Alojamiento perfecto para descansar, desconectar, y disfrutar de la piscina y el sol. Si quieres movimiento lo tienes todo relativamente cerca, sierra, playa, ciudad, alhambra...
Socorro, la dueña, es un encanto. Pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites.

Vous devez savoir qu'Antonio est le gérant de l'annonce Airbnb mais que la propriétaire que vous trouverez sur place est Socco. Elle est adorable et très accueillante bien qu'elle ne parle qu'espagnol.La maison est conforme à l'annonce et voir même mieux en vrai. La maison est entièrement pour nous et Socco à son indépendance dans le garage où elle y est très discrète (nous ne l'avons vu qu'à notre arrivée).La maison est très propre et assez grande pour une famille (ou bien 4 adultes). Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. Tout est à disposition il ne reste qu'à faire vos courses et poser vos valises.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison et la piscine, le séjour était formidable.Merci encore à Socco pour tout.
