Overall I had a very good experience at this place

I liked that the staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe inside the room. The bathroom and room were pristine clean.

The quality of the sheets, and one of the walls was kind of dirty (was a pity because the rest wasn't)

clean, good breakfast, room cleaned on demand. 5 minutes walk to supermarket with atm, 10 minutes to metro. Santana Hotel suited my needs perfectly.

Overpriced hotel close to the bus station. Location is worth it but lower your expectations.

Location

The rooms are super small, closet sized. The beds don’t have fitted sheets, just a normal sheet over the mattress, so it moves as you lay on it leaving you to sleep on the mattress. I found half an egg shell in the breakfasts eggs.

The breakfast was good and there was a fridge in our room.

There were no Windows for fresh air in our room, only to a small, moldy room with a not working ac. It was really hot at night and the air was bad - we could not sleep. Felt more like a prision cell. Wifi did barely work - enough for social media but not enough for online classes or work

Easy checkin/checkout, room had the basic needs for a one night stay for a reasonable price. Decent breakfast.

The air conditioning was terrible, it was very hot in the room, loud and we struggled to sleep.

Room was average, breakfast was really good, whole place was ok. Great is free parking inside of hotel. English of stuff was not very good, but they were friendly.

We had cockroach in the room on arrival. Also internet connectivity was very bad (between 2-5mbps in all places of the hotel - day or night).

Breakfast is ok. The staff is incredible. The room was ok and clean.

Poor

Not much, it was very small and not very clean. It was cheap though and the staff were friendly when I asked for a refund and left to find a new hotel. They didn’t speak English though it was different to communicate my displeasure.

Small rooms, I had to change three times before eventually leaving and finding a new hotel. They were either too small with curtains falling into the bed area. One smelled bad as though the previous occupant had been smoking. Also the air con was dripping water inside the room onto the bed. Additionally the area is bad and there is nothing happening locally during the evenings.
