Don`t feel like hitting the beach? Take a dip in our heated swim spa, kept comfortably warm at 37 degrees, amid our lovley garden. (Please note we require 24 hours notice for the spa to heat up during the months of April to October).

The property brims with multiple living spaces that cater to families and friends alike. Upstairs, enjoy grand coastal views from the large windows in our living area, complete with a SMART TV and plush lounges. A full-size table tennis table guarantees endless entertainment for both kids and adults.

Venture downstairs to discover a spacious open-plan setting featuring a kitchen, dining, and lounge area. Bask in the cozy ambiance generated by our wood-fired heater (1 bag of 20 kg wood supplied) on cool nights, and enjoy the convenience of a split system air conditioner, SMART TV, and ample seating space.

Our bedrooms are the epitome of relaxation and comfort. The master suite offers a queen-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite. Awake to serene views of the countryside.The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed, while the third room houses a king-size bed, convertible into two king-single beds upon request.

For the culinary enthusiast, our kitchen comes well-stocked with all the necessities and some extras, including a coffee pod machine and a BBQ setup. We take care of all bedding and bath towels - just bring your beach towels.

Ready to explore? Venture just 500m to a sheltered sandy beach teeming with rock pools, a veritable children`s paradise at low tide. Also within walking distance are the George Bass Coastal Walk leading to San Remo or Wonthaggi, the surf beach, and the famed Killy Pub and Kilcunda General Store / Café.

Our property is pet-friendly and fully fenced. We invite your fur babies to enjoy the stay, with the request to keep furnishings and beds pet-free. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and a bottle of wine with each booking.
