Great location, lovely home and layout, comfortable beds and nice big lounges. Plenty of tea, coffee and little things like salt, pepper and glad wrap and foil which you use but always forget to pack. Great home.

Wood flooring out the front is rotting and a falls risk which needs to be attended to before someone goes through and hurts themselves. Dirty tissues found underneath the beds along with a lot of dust. Chair out the back was covered in bird poo so we didn't use despite it looking so comfortable.

Location

Great homely house, well appointed and very comfy and spacious, good parking and easy entry. Lots of little extras provided and were appreciated. Wifi and pay TV in a large screen lounge were a bit special. Quiet location, close enough to the shops and pub and beach, but far enough to avoid noise and traffic etc.

Place was basically quite tidy but needed some more careful cleaning around the edges, under couches and beds and inside the fridge crisper with small food scraps evident. The house was not fully prepared for our stay with sheets, doona covers and towels all hanging out in the house, on a rack and over doors and cupboards that were needed to put away upon arrival as we brought all our own linen, it looked like an unfinished cleaning job, or forgotten return to complete this task. A washed doona cover and cloth were still in the washing machine damp, the dishwasher had 2-3 uncleaned items inside it that were going mouldy as it was shut. Maintenance required: master bedroom bathroom fan is not operating, cover on other bathroom fan is quite dusty and cracking, BBQ has mouse droppings inside the bottom cupboard, front decking to left of front door is falling apart and creates a trip and fall hazard with uneven boards. These aren’t major issues but need addressing for the rental charged, and for future guests safety and comfort.
