Welcome to LK's condo! Located on the Gulf of Mexico’s sugary white beaches in Orange Beach, Alabama. LK's condo is located within the beautiful Phoenix I complex and offers the following accommodating features:
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 people
- Beautifully furnished spacious living area with pull out bed
- 11th floor panoramic beach views from large covered balcony, plus an additional balcony accessible from the master bedroom (no beach view)
- Convenient access to elevators, and trash chute within steps of your door
- Fresh linens furnished, plus all the comforts of home at your fingertips, including microwave, dishwasher, blender, air-fryer, crockpot washer/dryer and iron.
Plus access to all Phoenix Condo I shared amenities, which includes:
- Racquetball court
- Tennis court
- Fitness room
- Hot tubs
- Saunas
- Spectacular pools with waterfalls, including kiddie pool
- Beach umbrella and chair services (seasonal)
- Grill and gazebo access for picnics/barbecues
This condo is also conveniently located nearby many highly recommended Gulf Coast Seafood restaurants, and there is an endless list of family and nightlife activities to choose from in the area.
Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

Lovely condo in a perfect location. Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 4 teenagers that went on this trip. This condo is in Phoenix I but you have access to amenities in Phoenix I-IV which includes an indoor pool, if it rains. Elevators were never a problem other than peak times of checking in or out, which is totally normal and to be expected. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. We would book this condo again.

The condo was clean and large enough for our family (4 adults and 2 children). The kitchen has more than enough plates, silverware, etc. and was also child friendly. The DishTV subscription was a pleasant surprise. The splash pad was a big hit with the children. It was obvious that this was a popular location so getting to the pool earlier in the day is advised. We would be happy to return.

This place was great! Beautiful view of the gulf and great location right on the beach. Our family had everything we needed with the beach, pools, hot tubs, and exercise rooms. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and the whole family commented on how comfortable the beds were. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again if we head back to Orange Beach for a family vacation!
