Situated on a hillside between the Euganean Hills and the Berici Hills, about 25 to 30 minutes' drive from Padua and Vicenza and 50 from Venice, VILLINO SAN SILVESTRO is a charming traditional Veneto country house that has been expertly renovated and transformed into a country home to offer comfortable hospitality and a relaxing stay, in an atmosphere of quiet and intimacy, surrounded by nature. In front stretches the Euganean Hills Regional Park, behind it winds the Berici Hills Wine Road. Nearby are the famous village of Arquà Petrarca, the walled cities of Este and Monselice, and the Euganean spas with Abano, Montegrotto and Torreglia. Hundreds of kilometers of bicycle touring routes, walking trails and horseback riding.
Ground floor: cozy and bright living room with a nice fireplace. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with large table, fireplace, wood-beamed ceiling and Veneto ceramic tile floor. Separate: a double bedroom and the large bathroom. There is also a spacious outdoor dining area, in the lush private garden, very well maintained, equipped with stone BBQ where you can cook with charcoal or wood.
On the second floor is a large master bedroom with views of the valley and the Euganean Hills.
VILLINO SAN SILVESTRO has private indoor parking, air conditioning, and the entire property, including the outdoor area and garden, is equipped with Wi-Fi.
VILLINO SAN SILVESTRO is nestled among olive groves and vineyards and here you can enjoy a peaceful vacation relaxing in the garden or in the lawns above, sipping a glass of your favorite wine perhaps produced by one of the 20+ producers in the area. The private garden is very well maintained while in front of the house a pergola shelters you from the summer heat while you enjoy a delicious meal.
The rustic cottage is equipped with all necessary linens, sheets, blankets, towels; as well as pots, pans, cutlery and housewares, laundry in adjoining room.
