The villa extends over approximately **400 square metres** on two levels.
The ground floor features two spacious and welcoming living rooms, each with a fireplace and comfortable seating areas. A large country-style kitchen opens onto a bright veranda with a generous dining table, ideal for leisurely breakfasts or al fresco dinners overlooking the surrounding vineyards.
A magnificent dining room centred around a six-metre-long solid wood table provides a wonderful setting for family gatherings and shared meals. A bathroom with bathtub and a laundry room complete this floor.
Upstairs, guests will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and an impressive study-library. The master bedroom features a romantic four-poster bed. This is the first time in all my experience with short term rentals where the property far exceeded the pictures. We stayed for 24 nights and had a marvelous time. Christina was wonderful and only there when we needed her. The villa had everything we needed and each room is so unique. I would return her at the drop of a hat. We also found the location to be perfect for our needs. We took day trips to the most enchanting small towns and wineries in the area as well as day trips to Verona, Bologna, the Ferrari museum and Lake Como.

The villa is located near a small mountain town surrounded by vineyards. It is an absolutely stunning setting. The villa easily sleeps 7 adults and it is large with lots of separate rooms so it never feels crowded.It is filled with art and antiques and whimsical things to discover. There are two outdoor patios, one for outdoor dining and one for sipping wine or snoozing in the hammock.The villa is secure behind a gate and fence with room to park several cars.
Our hostess was incredibly kind and patient with us as we asked lots of questions and needed help a couple of times.There are numerous restaurants within 15 minutes of the villa. We dove into the Padua train station which is about a half hour drive and rode the train to Venice and Verona for day trips and drove to Lake Garda, Este , and Aqua Pertrarca to explore small towns.Over our 3 week stay, we had 5 guests the first week, 3 guests the second week and 2 guests the third week in addition to the 2 of us.All had a wonderful time as we celebrated an 80th birthday, and a 59 year wedding anniversary. I highly recommend this experience for those wishing a relaxing country vacation.

Magnificent House, very well equipped.
We spent wonderful holidays despite heatwave. The place is beautiful, resourceful. Opportunity to discover Venice, Verona, Padova.

Previous reviews of this property are accurate - this villa is a big beautiful home with lovely decorating and appointments throughout. We stayed at Ca'Contea during an extreme heat wave in the last weeks of August, and this heat colored our perceptions of the home and location. Lack of fans, air conditioning or a cross breeze made this home nearly impossible to sleep in at night. Teolo is a lovely little town, and we were lucky to be there during a village festa - lively music and great food every night for a week. It is a long drive to Padova if that is your intended destination, but the hills and surrounding areas are indeed lovely. We had two small children traveling with us, and I would not suggest this home for small ones - older children and teenagers might love exploring the vineyards though! The orchard setting of the villa is beautiful, but unfortunately there are no screens on any windows and the summer insects were irritating uninvited guests in the kitchen and bedrooms. Dispite some of our negative experiences we really would reccomend this villa to others, but not in the heat of the summer months.
