About this house rental
Our home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office space for remote work and a fully stocked kitchen. The open concept living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining or catching up with friends and family. The house features a whole-home dehumidifier (installed February 2022) that keeps the house cool and dry during the muggy South Louisiana summers. For winter, the main bathroom has heated tile flooring for your comfort. We have two 110v plugs for level 1 EV charging. Enjoy time outside on the front or back patios, each with ample seating.

Tucked in a quaint and lovely setting.Easy access to LSU and community.Spacious rooms.Host responds in a timely manner.Yard is gorgeous with nice patios and fire pit.Fairly priced.
