Welcome to Hundred Oaks Cottage, a charming retreat in the coveted Garden District. Discover a picturesque neighborhood adorned with 100-year-old oak trees, perfect for leisurely walks. Located near I-10 and Perkins Rd, our cottage offers easy access to Baton Rouge's best attractions. Committed to pristine cleanliness, we provide a 5-star experience for all our guests. • Built in the 1930s, this home underwent an extensive renovation in August 2022
• Relax in the fresh, clean, light, bright, and airy space designed to make you feel at home
• Over 1600 sq feet to sprawl out, with updated living areas, bedrooms, and remodeled bathrooms
• Two dedicated desk areas, one in the private master bedroom and the other in the main living room
• Well-appointed kitchen for home-cooked meals
• Conveniently located within a mile of a variety of restaurants and shopping
• Cool off in the private gunite pool in the fully fenced backyard
• Two Roku Smart TVs 55" and a 43" Class 4K Ultra HD
• Bring your own login (BYOL) to stream content from your favorite apps
• Up to 8 registered guests allowed to stay in the property
• Please NO Parties, quiet hours 10pm-8am
You may hear the hum of the highway or the occasional train as it passes by. A sound machine and complimentary ear plugs are provided to help lull you to sleep in one of the cozy beds if needed.

This property is beautiful and the host has thought of all the little things that make staying in a home simple and enjoyable. The kitchen is well-stocked with oil, spices, foil, plastic wrap to make cooking easy! There is a great outdoor eating area that we used for most of our meals. The pool is clean and was the highlight of our visit! The pool deck is a little rough- recommend flip flops or water shoes for kids!The beds were so comfortable and plenty of space for our family!There is a highway close to the property but the noise didn’t bother us at all and she even has noise machines for lighter sleepers!!There are several restaurants nearby and grocery stores including Trader Joe’s and Sprouts - a great farmer’s market store!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property! Lara was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions!
