The Schroeder Farm Guest House

This farmhouse is perfect for a weekend getaway, small events, family reunions, and so much more! Located within walking distance from The Schroeder Farm Wedding and Event Venue that has events from May-October, this place serves as a bonus if coming there for an event. Features a beautiful and peaceful upstairs living room: perfect for reading in the morning or gathering your girlfriends for getting ready the morning of a wedding. Also features a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dining spaces and ample parking. The back patio allows one to take in the nature and scenery of small town Minnesota. The house features three desks/getting ready spaces in the upstairs living room with many mirrors. One of the main floor bedrooms also has closets that were converted to makeup stations for guests. The house features one large bathroom on the main floor and one bathroom in the basement.

The house features three bedrooms on the main floor: 1 Queen bed bedroom, 1 King bed Bedroom, and a 2 Queen bed bedroom. Downstairs features 4 queen beds that are bunk beds! These were a special project that will help serve more guests. Downstairs also has ample entertainment space that would be awesome space for an event with the help of a rustic bar, TV’s, games, greenery wall, and extra fridge space. There is Wifi coverage around the property. In addition, cubbies/lockers were installed in the basement to help guests keep their items tidy. The house also features plenty of outdoor space for games and relaxing.
