THINGS TO KNOW
During November and December, the HOA will be completing painting and floor coating projects on the railings, stairwells, and walkways at Emerald Waters. Work will be done in phases with minimal disruption to guests, and only one area will be closed at a time. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules may adjust as needed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location! Ground floor with easy access to walk path to beach. The beach access does have many stairs, so be ready to work those calves and glutes. Each bedroom has king bed and private bath which was wonderful. One bath was large enough for the pack and play so baby could sleep without distraction. We will be back.

This 3 bedroom condo with 3 en suite bathrooms was perfect for our extended family - children and grandchildren! Everything we needed was provided. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach was ideal with small children. Alvin's Island, Badass Coffee, and Pascalli's allow you to enjoy shopping and takeout without getting in your car. Highly recommend!!!

This condo was absolutely wonderful for our July 4th family vacation. It very comfortably slept 6 adults and a toddler with plenty of space to spare. It was bright, clean and welcoming. Every room has a (comfortable!) king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom so nobody felt like they had to compromise during room selections. The location really cannot be beat, especially during a super busy holiday like the 4th. I can't overstate how nice it was to simply walk across the street to the private beach and not have to battle all of the holiday traffic for parking and beach access. We were able to walk most places for dinner and shopping, and we were even able to see several firework displays from the back patio! We would defintely recommend this condo to others and plan to enjoy it ourselves on future family vacations.

My husband and I brought our daughter and 4 friends for spring break. Everything about this condo was perfect for the group! The place was super clean and had everything you needed and more! Each bedroom having a bathroom was awesome! The pictures of the patio don’t really do it justice. While you don’t have a direct view of the ocean- it’s only a short walk across the street. We rented a golf cart for the week and had a blast. We will definitely stay here again. The living room area is super cozy and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that while construction didn’t bother us I would let guests know that there isn’t a direct path from the car to the condo and they will have to walk in up through the bushes.for us it was fine we are between 18-44 and healthy but if a disabled or elderly person was to stay there before construction is done then it would be difficult for them. Other than that small thing that wasn’t even an issue for us- it was perfect!
