The stunning house was professionally decorated and furnished for your comfort. The luxurious master suite, gourmet kitchen, and great deck make this the perfect place for your next getaway! Getting around is easy! If you’re enjoying all that Pleasant Ridge has to offer, you can walk to all of the main attractions. Or, if you want to venture a little further out, you can easily drive to all that Cincinnati has to offer!

Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:
We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.
Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.
Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.
**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

This house is in a good centrally located area. The house is very well set up and pleasantly decorated. I do think more attention to “stickiness” should be made by the cleaners. The cabinet doors need a thorough wipe down. Everything other than that was quite nice.

Stayed with family for my son's graduation from Xavier . Location was perfect. Updated and nicely decorated.
Check in and out process easy and appreciated being able to bring the fur babies.

Pros: House was definitely updated and stocked, area was perfect for shopping and getting to must see location/ attractionsCons: we chose this home because it is pet friendly. Our dogs are clean animals, but it was obvious upon arrival the home has had some very unclean animals stay as the carpet downstairs was horrendous. Also the carpet is pulling off the top stair making it unsafe. I didn’t enjoy the mouse bait/poison in the kitchen drawer by the sink. Very off putting.All in all, not horrible, not great.
