Welcome to our two-bedroom condo in Miramar Beach, the perfect spot for a family vacation! The beach is just a short walk away, and Sandestin shops and golf courses are less than five minutes from home. On-site, the Health Club offers a sauna, two hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, and two heated outdoor swimming pools. Enjoy tranquil evenings taking in the surrounding views from your private balcony while sipping on a favorite cocktail or cup of tea. If you would like to experience a more relaxing evening outside the condo, there is a beachside bar and cafe on the property for your use. This air-conditioned retreat offers a pristine open floor plan with a welcoming living room with a huge sectional and TV, a dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It also includes the convenient use of WiFi and a private washer/dryer. And don't forget the tram - it stops at the Health Club and the beach, making it easy to get around.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was super clean; however, when we first walked in, it smelled heavily of bleach. The sheets and bedding was really nice. The walk to the beach was very doable! My only two notes were: (1) please list what type of coffee maker is in the condo. Most everyone stops at the grocery store before checking in. We need to know what type of coffee/filters to buy. When I emailed the company to ask if there was a coffee maker in the condo, I was told no. So we bought Cold Brew with us only to find a Mr Coffee maker on the counter (2) There wasn’t even basic salt & pepper in the cabinets and no extra kitchen trash bag.Beautiful condo, nice updates, every amenity - but it was like staying in a hotel without room service. No personal extras like most beach rentals.

5 Stars – A Perfect Getaway!
I just returned from a stay at this wonderful vacation home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained—exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway.
From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook meals, and the living space was comfortable and inviting. The outdoor area was a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The location was great too—peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to local attractions, restaurants, and shops.
I truly appreciate the care and thought that went into making this home such a welcoming place. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat and would love to return in the future!

We absolutely loved the condo! It was all we would have wanted, but there was pet hair covering the furniture in the living room which made our visit a little tricky. With a child highly allergic to cats/dogs, this caused some trouble. The condo stated no pets so beware it you have allergies. We would told that the owners could have pets even if the description says no pets.
