Completely renovated with brand new furnishings and finishes, this coastal chic 2BR/2BA condo is located on the east wing of the Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This is truly a dream vacation condo! With views of the nature preserve from the living room and master bedroom, you will enjoy a quiet location just a short 200 yard stroll to the sugar white Tops'l beach!
The master suite is complete with a king bed, a private bath, and access to the balcony. With views towards the north and south, the master suite is inviting and relaxing. Our guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds, and is serviced by a hallway full bathroom.
Tops'l Beach Resort offers the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! Our rental includes use of the swimming pool at the Summit, access to the beach and complimentary WiFi. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. *Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.
Convenient parking is available directly in front of the building, and there are three elevators available. Your check in is simple – just arrive and let yourself in with the door code! This condo is professionally managed, and we are here to make certain your beach vacation is the best! Escape to #401 Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort for a relaxing vacation to remember.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

I loved our stay. We had an issue with the AC unit in the first property and the property maintenance wasn’t very pleasant but we were upgraded to a wonderful place with an incredible view.

Our condo was inside a facility, just minutes away from beach. The place was exactly as advertised. We arrived late in the night and the check in was so simple and quick. We enjoy every day of its stay, even we were warned when trying to set up tent, the guy was so professional and friendly. Will definitely came back in the future.

Has its own smaller pool, perfect for last dip of the night with kids. Area has everything you need. Can't wait to go back :) No view of the ocean, but view of the nature preserves.
