• Sleeping area in the attic (1.40 m bed, accessible by ladder, limited headroom), perfect for children or anyone who likes it cozy
• Modern bathroom with natural light
• Covered northwest-facing balcony with direct view of Lake Rottach and side view of Grünten
• Wi-Fi, TV, fan, coffee/tea, online bread roll service
• Underground parking and bike storage
• Coin-operated washing machine
Shared facilities in the neighboring building:
• Heated indoor pool (year-round)
• Sauna (available for an extra fee)

The area offers lakes, hiking trails, and in winter, 40 km of cross-country ski tracks. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. There is a pizzeria on site. At the lake, you’ll find a kiosk with beer garden, tasty food, playground, and pedal boat rental.

Well presented loft flat with mezzanine bedroom - this was perfect for our two girls - and beautiful view of the girls and lake (Rottachsee). The kids loved the swimming pool on-site. We didn’t get to swim in the lake as the weather wasn’t great whilst we were there, but we found lots of things to do and places to visit to keep us out of trouble! Property could do with having a second set of cutlery for four, but otherwise was a perfect place to stay 😊
