About this apartment rental
The completely renovated cozy loft apartment is located in Petersthal in the Oberallgäu and is ideal for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones, whether for families with 1-2 children as well as for guests who want to enjoy their togetherness here. You can't stand in the attic.
The approx. 28 m² accommodation consists of a living area with a cozy sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a 1.40 m bed in the attic, which is accessible via a ladder, and a daylight bathroom. This apartment is particularly popular with young couples with children. This apartment therefore offers space for up to 4 people.
The equipment also includes a fan and a TV. Wi-Fi is also available. A basic supply of coffee, tea and sugar is provided. The apartment has a small mini oven. Online bread roll service available.
Adjacent to the living area is a covered north-west-facing balcony with views of the mountains and Lake Rottachsee.
A coin-operated washing machine and a shared sauna (by prior arrangement and for a fee) are available in the neighboring house. The accommodation offers a communal indoor pool, which is heated all year round.
An underground parking space is available.
E-bikes can be parked in a separate lockable cellar.
There are several lakes, a large network of hiking trails and around 40 km of cross-country ski trails in the surrounding area. Guests are offered a wide range of opportunities for relaxation and regeneration at any time of year. Grocery stores and restaurants are only a short drive away.
Towels and bed linen can be changed for a fee for longer stays.
