Located directly on the Frio River near Comanche Crossing in Concan, Texas, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is a hidden gem. With room for 18 in 2-king, 3-queen, 6-twin, and 1-futon sized beds, you'll enjoy ample space and comfort.
Enjoy a stroll down to the river, or feel free to drive your personal vehicle (ATV's, UTV's and golf carts not permitted) and spend your day splashing around and marveling at the beauty of the Frio River and then spend your evening staring up at that big Texas sky, counting the stars from your spacious outdoor patio. LINENS: Bring sheets and pillowcases (basic bedding including mattress cover, pillows, and blanket are provided, sheets and pillowcases are not).
TOWELS: Bring bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, pool towels (no towels are provided).
PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.
