We traveled to Vermont so my husband could run a marathon in his 50th state. Our two children, their spouses and our grandchild joined us, so we chose a place that could accommodate all of us. We also wanted to host an after race BBQ and Maple Leaf Acres was the perfect choice!Douglas was great right from the beginning - answering my questions and making sure we had everything we needed to host a party. He even found a small window when it wasn't raining to cut the grass.We had everything we needed for cooking meals and sleeping comfortably.I can't give enough stars to express how pleased I was!

We were so pleased that this property was true to its listing. The home was cozy and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout allowed plenty of room for our family! Doug responded quickly to all of our communications. The location was convenient to UVM. We look forward to staying again in the future!

This home is a gem! The kitchen, family and living room are very spacious. The dining area and the breakfast nook area are surrounded by large glass windows so you can enjoy the views of the lawn and meadows
The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable and the individual air conditioners in each room made it possible to control the temperature. Two and one half bathrooms were greatly appreciated and is rare to find a house in the area with that many bathrooms
We used the blackstone grill. on the patio. We were able to charge our electric vehicle in the garage
The location is private but close enough to restaurants and shopping areas. The area is beautiful- drive through farms and rolling hillls
Doug is very friendly, takes pride in making sure his guests are satisfied with the house. Before our stay he responded to messages promptly and check in was very smooth. He stopped by to make sure everything was ok. So very pleased with this house!
