There's even a boat launch for kayaks, paddleboarding and small vessels. The beach is just a short drive away - use the nearby public access at Bonito Street with free parking.

This house needs a deep clean, carpeted stairs were filthy. Not sure the hot tube was cleaned properly, although realtor sent someone over to add chemicals- there was a gritty film on all surfaces when you got in it.
