The property was clean and was ready when we arrived. However, the property states there is an ocean view. This is a huge stretch. You can see the ocean over the tree tops through binoculars. The ocean can be heard from the top floor balcony. Overall a great place.

The house overall was great. A few things to mention that we kept the A/C on 70 the entire time but the upstairs reached 81 degrees which was a heat wave compared to the bottom level which stayed about 70 the entire time.
The top level bathroom vent was not attached and someone fell into the vent which dis not feel good.
If those things could be fixed, this would be the perfect house to stay while on vacation.
