Soak up the sun and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico views at our 2 bed / 2 bath corner unit located on the 8th floor in building 2 of Vanderbilt Surf Colony! The sprawling views from the oversized corner balcony include the Vanderbilt Channel, Bay, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and the Gulf of Mexico. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.
A separate balcony in the master suite offers some more private relaxation, overlooking the community pool & the Gulf. The ensuite master bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower & walk-in closet, as well as a vanity with seating. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and more for hosting, including breakfast bar and dining for 6.

This location is within walking distance of LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort. Close to the Ritz-Carlton, Mercato, Waterside and Artis-Naples. Amenities at the Vanderbilt Surf Colony include a pool, tennis courts, fitness room, community room, barbecue grilles and extra storage with pool/beach supplies available.

Having stayed in this condo last year, we knew what to expect. It was again immaculately clean. Kitchen is a dream to cook/bake in. Lovely views. Had two sets of guests who loved the separate guest room and bath. Lots of privacy. Two issues, small leak in MB shower and problems with using the TV setup were quickly resolved. Especially like the new digital key system and the texting options for information and help. WiFi is excellent. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is in a great location near the beach. It provided all you needed to have a great stay. You have to walk about eight minutes to the beach but the evening sunsets from the balcony makes up for that. The condo is spacious and the owners has provided many amenities. it is a little worn and we suggested a few things that needed updating to the rental company. But all in all, we would definitely rent it again if we want to go back to that area. The rental management company was great to work with!

We stayed on the 8th floor of Surf Colony II for a month,and it was wonderful. The wrap around balcony provided sunrise views in the morn and sunset views every night.
