Location of condo and gulf views from the 9th floor were great. Text communication with the owner was good. While we were there, he did have master bathroom lighting and toilet replaced, as well as kitchen lighting, which was a big improvement. But condo could still use some more refurbishing.

Great location. Short walk to beach. Condo was clean and had all amenities needed. The view was truly beautiful. The host was available to answer any questions.
