A very quiet 3-room apartment (approx. 100 square meters) with an open kitchen, a spacious terrace, and a large garden, located very close to Hamburg and the Baltic Sea.
In this house, completed in 2020, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (2 m x 2 m), another room with a single bed (1.2 m x 2 m) on the upper floor, and a spacious living area with an open kitchen and access to the terrace and garden, as well as a modern bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, and a SodaStream. An Apple computer with a 27-inch screen and a LAN connection is available in the living area. High-quality Wi-Fi is available in all living areas thanks to a Wi-Fi booster. There is a parking space on the property; unfortunately, pets and indoor smoking are not permitted.
Ahrensburg, also known as Hamburg’s “beautiful neighbor,” is an ideal starting point for exploring Hamburg, Lübeck, and the Baltic Sea region. The Ahrensburg West subway station is within walking distance, as is the Ahrensburg regional train station, which offers connections to both Lübeck and Hamburg. The immediate surroundings are characterized by abundant nature, including forests and lakes, making them ideal for walks and bike rides. Ahrensburg itself offers not only numerous restaurants but also excellent shopping opportunities, and the downtown area is also easily accessible on foot. Local recreational activities include golf, swimming, and tennis, and cultural events are held regularly at the Marstall, a historic building located right next to the famous Ahrensburg Castle.
