About this cabin rental
Retreat to the Great North and stay at a newly built A frame cabin that hosts 5 bedrooms which sleeps 10, and 2.5 baths. The stunning A frame cabin with 4200 sq ft total, is enough space to make lasting memories with your loved ones! A fully furnished home with a spacious patio, Black Stone grill, Big Green Egg, kayak, and paddle board, Lilly Pad is included. A 45 foot long dock will surely give the kids enough room to play and hook a monster bass off the end of the dock.
A fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare your best meals, with a pantry stocked with non perishable foods. Full laundry room is available to you, with essentials like linens, and bath and beach towels included. Once you are ready to relax, enjoy a heated tub bath!
Enjoy local eateries like the Hotel Shoram, Detroit Lakes, MN and Spanky's Steak House in Frazee, MN (30 minute drive) and 2 beautiful golf courses within 20 mins of property. Enjoy activities year round at D.L. Mountain, or spend your days ice fishing, snowmobiling, tubing, skiing, and much more! If shopping is on your mind, enjoy the boutique shops on Washington Ave, 10 minutes away in Detroit Lakes, MN.
Rentals upon request: fishing boat, ice house with auger and rods, snowmobiles and two electrical camping hookup sites just a few feet from the cabin.
Some pets allowed upon approval pet fee is $100.00 per animal per stay.

We enjoyed the house with all the space and being on the lake. It was so nice to be away from the city and so private. Bummer that it rained the entire time so no fishing or firepit but there was plenty to do.We went troll hunting, much fun! Visited Detroit Lakes for shopping and food.Getting into the house took a minute due to passcodes and passwords to internet not the ones sent to me.

The property was an amazing venue including the yard and lake. Our only problems were around the listing showing it had three futons for sleeping accommodations. This did not have any. Additionally, when we got there, the laundry was not done and scattered all over the laundry room floor. The master bed was not made and we were unable to find sheets. We ended up buying a set of sheets before the owner was able to respond on where to find them. We paid a cleaning fee and I'm assuming the people before us did as well, but certainly it was not in the kind of shape you'd expect from a high priced booking (including all the many fees). We got past these things and had a great time, but we started out the stay on a low note.
