RED, ORANGE, YELLOW!!! The fall trees will be changing color soon. September 25-October 15 are peak tree color dates. Attention Autumn Color Chasers! Maplewood State Park, with its rolling hills and incredible forest are a 10 minute drive. More colors! Luxury lake home & PONTOON RENTAL in a beautiful, quiet wooded setting. Perfect for family getaways, family reunions, holidays, corporate retreats, etc. Cozy private log cabin for two on site as well. Sand beach with hard sandy bottom lake for good swimming, boating & good fishing. Deer & wild turkeys frequently visit. Huge kitchen, pantry & dining room with large table for 12 & counter seating for 6. Fire pit. 2 large decks, gas grill & 4 picnic tables. 3 -65" smart TV's. Dock & 22' PONTOON BOAT FOR ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE. Pets welcome. Great golf courses nearby.
Time to make lasting memories! Total privacy on a crystal clear, spring fed lake. The lakes name says it all; Silent Lake. A peaceful place to unwind and to relax in a very natural setting. This lovely lake home and yard is exactly what we all imagine northern Minnesota to be all about, even making smore's on the fire on a starlit autumn night!
All new bed sheets, bed covers, blankets, pillows, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen dish rags and drying dish towels (don't worry, there is a dishwasher!) have been bought for this fall season.
Lawn chairs provided. Life vests for swimming or boating provided. Tons of water toys and yard games as well.
There is a large pantry to keep all of your groceries.
There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen and a second refrigerator in the garage for melons, meat, fish, wine, beer and even bait.

Our third year here meant we felt at home. There were quiet talks, long walks, spaces for solitude, board games, tubing, swimming, family gathering in living room for presentations, show and tell, music and laughter. Our time together was restorative. Thanks Dan and Iryna!

Very private and quiet. All 12 adults and 3 little
ones had a place to sleep and found plenty to do in sunshine and rain. One young couple stayed in the cabin, saying it was comfortable. All amenities were a nice addition and very useful. We highly recommend this rental. The owner and caretaker are very nice and easy to work with.

Our family of 17, ranging in age from 3-70, enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The children played in the water and caught fish off the dock. The large kitchen and dining area made meal prep so easy. There was plenty of storage space for groceries and beverages. We especially were grateful for the sleeping accommodations: 10 bedrooms with comfortable king-sized beds meant we could all get a good night's sleep. We enjoyed yard games, s'mores around the fire pit, swimming each day. All of our children and grandchildren were impressed and felt the property was "perfect" for our family get-together. We have already booked this location again for next year!
