This one-bedroom apartment is ideally located near Gordon Square, with easy access to a variety of stores, restaurants, and bars, and it's just minutes from downtown. It boasts brand-new flooring and a modern kitchen with granite countertops, new fixtures, and a stylishly updated bathroom with tiled surround. Additionally, the apartment features a front porch and in-unit washer and dryer. Small to medium-sized pets are welcome. Please note that parking is on-street only.

4. NO SMOKING indoors.
