Summary:
The #1 question we get is, "Can I walk to First Energy Stadium from here?" The answer is "yes." You can literally see First Energy (and Lake Erie) right out your bedroom window. But! Don't worry as this is a quiet street, down from the busy areas of downtown. This spot is considered one of the best locations in the city and we hope you love it as much as we do!
The Space:
Take the elevator, and welcome yourself to the condo featuring:
* King-Size bed with super comfy mattress in primary bedroom.
*Pull out sofa for extra sleeping room.
* 1 full bathroom with tub, towels & body wash, shampoo, conditioner.
* Full kitchen and utensils/pots/pans/dinnerware/glasses
* Large, comfortable sofa in Living Room
* North Facing Windows with spectacular views of Lake Erie to enjoy when sitting down for your morning coffee or at night with a glass of wine.
* Rooftop access
* Work station desk/"kitchen table"
Guest Access:
There is one flight of stairs to climb when first entering the building, after that you can take the elevator to the loft. Parking is not included, however there is a lot directly next to the building that is usually very affrorable. Please, make yourself at home.
Other Things to Note:
STEPS: There is a staircase in the front of the common area of the apartment building (about 12 steps), one flight of stairs to the elevator which will take you to the 4th floor.
UPGRADES:
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:
$25/per hour
(up to 2 hours late/early)

The stay was perfect for our event at Huntington bank field. You really can’t be any closer than this location. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Parking was a little confusing, but no fault of the host as there was a special event happening that weekend. We were able to easily find a parking lot around the corner for a good overnight rate.

Great location, worked perfect for the concert we were going to. Not very clean. Everything had a layer of dirt on it. Rug looked and felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed ever. Entire building smelled like weed. We ended up having to pay 50 for parking in the lot next to the building for one night because of the concert.
