Welcome to the Shark Tank! This family-friendly beach getaway is sure to have any guest relaxing all year round. Situated in a quiet and private neighborhood this home is perfect for all your vacation needs. This completely renovated home is a 5 minute drive down Atlantic Avenue to downtown and the beaches. You can find restaurants, shops, parks, boat tours, and much more locally. We look forward to being your host!

Family, child, and infant friendly: We strive to provide a safe and comforting environment for families, children, and infants. We can guarantee a fun stay for kids with board games, pool toys, and beach toys. We offer a variety of infant items such as pack n plays, high chairs, baby toys, books, baby plates/bowls, and utensils. The Shark Tank has everything you need to keep your little people happy!

Pool: The newly built deck surrounding the pool includes seating for a large number of people with Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, and a dining table giving guests the luxury to relax in privacy. The newly resurfaced pool stays warm year-round as it receives direct sunlight the whole day.

Kitchen and Living Area: The Shark Tank’s living area includes a Roku/Xfinity TV service where guests can sign in and watch using their favorite streaming services. This area includes various board games for your entertainment! The Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking necessities including a full set of pots, pans, oven pans, cutting boards, utensils, a knife set, and basic spices. There are also plates, bowls, cups, containers, silverware, a toaster, microwave, and a coffee maker.

Bedrooms: There are three total bedrooms. The Master bedroom holds a King size bed. One guest room has a Queen size bed, and the other bedroom has two Twin size beds. There is a Queen size pullout couch in the living area allowing a total of 8 guests to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has a full sized closet with a large walk-in closet in the Master bedroom.

Bathrooms: The home features two full bathrooms. One in the Master bedroom and the other adjacent to the laundry room for all guests to use. The guest bathroom also features a full tub. Both showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

Parking: There is free parking in the long driveway leading up to the house as well as a designated parking area adjacent to the Shark mailbox.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire property including the large deep pool, featuring brand new diamond bright with a separate spa for seating. The fully enclosed backyard oasis is professionally landscaped featuring native plants. The off kitchen outdoor seating area features high-grade astro-turf. The newly built deck accommodates all your friends and family while relaxing by the pool. Inside the home there is high speed Xfinity Wi-Fi with boosters and a desk/workspace for your convenience. Feel free to use the laundry machines for your convenience.

We have all of your vacation needs including high quality beach chairs, pool floats, buckets, goggles, and a beach bag with towels for your convenience.
