A lovely antique house with cozy modern furnishings nestled in the mountains.

The accommodation was very cozy and spacious with an antique touch. The furnishings were simple and warm, with exactly the kind of atmosphere I was looking for in an old style house in the mountains. There are plenty of walking/hiking trails beginning directly beside the house in Viaso and continuing up to Feltrone and beyond. I highly recommend the owner and listing - communication was clear and prompt and very helpful.

Peace and quiet

Piece and quiet. Beautiful mountain view. Literally, few people in the village, and nobody is making any noise. Mind reset is guaranteed. Pet fiendly old wooden house with small garden is perfect if you want to have your cat a little walkaround in the grass :))

Overall I evaluate my stay very positive; the apartment and the location were really good

The apartment was in a small village in the middle of nature close to many places to visit. The kitchen has all the tools needed to prepare some food. The bed is comfortable. The check in all line and the availability and kindness of the owner on the phone make it the procedure to enter in the apartment very fast.

Lack of signal of the phone outside the entrance door (it is important for opening the locker of the key) The lights in the kitchen are too low.

Quiet place for relaxing vacation.

Amazing place in a quiet village. Apartment is really large and there is plenty of space for relaxing in the kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There is a big balcony where my dog could sleep. This is exactly the place where I can imagine to spend whole week vacation.

Shower could be bigger considering the size of bathroom. No wi-fi and week mobile signal might be an obstacle if someone needs to work remotely.

This hotel is a group of different apartments situated in different locations close to eachother. Ours was situated in a tiny village which is very traditional, tbough not very populated / taken after. It has a very quiet environment and there are some good restaurants close by. Our apartment had all we needed and Petra made sure we were OK after we checked in.

We were advised this place had no wifi, though I suggest they need to install as this place hasn't got much phone reception to use mobile phone internet. The listed washing machine is a 'common' shared one for the block and is downstairs in a very dark and isolated room (still works fine however).

We enjoyed walks in this beautiful area but not the apartment.

The area is very beautiful. The apartment had basic equipment sufficient for a short stay.

The address and the photo shown to us in our booking were not of that accommodation. The apartment is on the ground floor from one side of the building and almost completely under the ground from the other side. Because of that there is a mould smell in it. Instead of proper beds there are uncomfortable cots.

We liked the character of the building - in combination with the modern fittings. We also liked the location in the centre of the village.

The balcony floor had disconcerting wide gaps. We were worried about dropping something on the downstairs neighbours' heads. The shower was too small. We also found the lighting insufficient for comfortable reading. A reading light would have been nice.

Nice hideaway in the mountains

Apartment#1 in Casa Europa was cozy and comfortable. Wonderfully refurbished! Also very friendly check- in in Priuso.

Some people might be concerned about traffic noise… it‘s not on the main road but apparently some locals go very fast through Socchieve in the middle of the night.

The accommodation was in a small and quiet place (Lungis). The apartment was spacious and well equipped. I recommend it to everyone who likes a calm mountain environment. Parking was in the small main square 30 meters from the accommodation.

Příjemný zimní rodinný pobyt

Bydleli jsme v Casa Vanda, apartmán Deluxe (Iris), vesnice Viaso. Celkově jsme velmi spokojení ve všech podstatných složkách - lokalita (malebná, tichá vesnička v úbočí údolí), ubytování (prostorné, hodně světla, vše funkční, byl i internet :-)), dostupnost služeb, komunikace a vstřícnost provozovatele.

Doporučil bych vybavit jinak příjemný prostor kvalitnějšími matracemi a postelemi.

Soggiorno discreto, struttura comoda ma migliorabile nella pulizia e nell’accessibilità.

L’appartamento è risultato comodo e funzionale, dotato di tutto il necessario per una breve permanenza. Il fatto che la struttura accetti animali domestici è sicuramente un punto a favore.

La pulizia è stata discreta ma non impeccabile: mancava il classico odore di pulito e si percepiva una cura solo media negli ambienti. L’appartamento si trova al terzo piano, accessibile solo tramite tre rampe di scale piuttosto ripide, quindi non adatto a persone sopra i 50-55 anni o con difficoltà motorie. Il parcheggio in piazza è comodo, ma non sempre disponibile e a volte serve cercare per qualche minuto.

Pulizia ottima, ben servita di tutto ed in buono stato generale.

Nota dolente i termi, per un appartamento di montagna la temperatura della casa settata sui 17/18 gradi e non superiori è bassa. Abbiamo sofferto abbasta il freddo.

Il silenzio e la quiete, fantastici! L'appartamento era confortevole, ma niente di più

L'appartamento era ampio e in cucina abbiamo trovato caffè e diversi snack per la colazione. E' stato facile parcheggiare la macchina e c'era un silenzio impagabile. La receptionist, top!

La casa aveva poche stoviglie per la cucina (intendo mestoli, sbucciapatate, grattugia o altro) e la porticina interna del frigo-congelatore era rotta, attaccata con uno scotch che non reggeva. I vetri erano molto sporchi all'interno e, poiché l'appartamento non è luminoso, la sensazione non era piacevole. Non c'era wifi, ma questo lo sapevamo. Il problema è che il collegamento con i nostri apparecchi era molto lento. Non certamente all'altezza di un albergo a 3 stelle.

L’apartament és molt gran i està molt ben equipat. A la cuina hi ha tot el necessari i al bany també. Ens van deixar galetes, magdalenes i cafè.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa Rovedo,al piano terra si trovava la cucina e non mancava nulla,al piano di mezzo un grande bagno con doccia e lavatrice pulitissimo, al primo piano una camera matrimoniale e al secondo piano una camera con 2 letti singoli, ottimo per una famiglia,due terrazze e un posto auto a 30 metri dalla casa. nonostante fosse una casetta terra/cielo, lo consiglio vivamente. Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo

Příjemné ubytování s malou pihou na kráse.

Ubytování je v malém městě, obklopeném horami. Pokoj čistý, připravený, vše připravené pro bezstarostný pobyt. Paní Petra mě kontaktovala sama několik dní před příjezdem, protože jsem požadoval příjezd až po standardní době pro check-in. Domluvili jsme se a pokoj i klíče jsem měl připravené i bez osobního setkání. Obrovská terasa s výhledem na hory bylo hezké místo na večerní sklenku prosecca :-)

Vlastně jediné, co mi chybělo byla WiFi, protože v dané lokalitě je trochu problém se signálem mobilní sítě, je slabý. Jednu noc to nevadilo, ale při pobytu na více dní je to v dnešní době trochu problém.

Schöne Unterkunft in kleinem Dorf

Die Lage des kleinen Ortes Viaso ist etwas oberhalb des Tals, es gibt im Dorf mehr Katzen als Einwohner. Das apartment ist in einem alten, aber ordentlich renovierten Haus, Parkplätze mit etwas Tetris vor dem Haus oder 50m entfernt in der Dorfmitte. Während des Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß, die Wohnung war gut zu lüften und temperierbar, auch mit offenen fenstern und Balkontür war es ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Bad geräumig, Waschmaschine gibt es im Erdgeschoß. Mit eigener Motorisierung ist die Lage und Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen, wer mit dem Rad kommt bekommt 180hm extra auf die Uhr.

Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau: Ein paar Schüsselchen für z.B. Müsli ( ich weiß Italiener verachten das als Vogelfutter) wären nett. Ein schöner Luxus wäre noch ein kleiner Beistelltisch/Hocker für den Balkon. Aber auch ohne diese Dinge ist die Unterkunft wirklich gut.
