About this house rental
Freshly updated and ideally situated on the third row of beautiful Cherry Grove Beach. The Palmetto House features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating up to 8 guests. The entire home has been designed with the family in mind, with custom touches throughout. A 5-minute walk from the beach. 8-minute walk to oceanside dining. 3-Golf Courses in under 10 minutes. Just 30 minutes to Myrtle Beach International. Life is better at the beach. Join us!
This 1970's beach home has been fully renovated to provide you with the perfect stay in Cherry Grove.
In the living room, find a custom electric fireplace and a flat-screen TV with Spectrum cable and Amazon firestick for streaming services. Enjoy relaxing at the end of the day on the comfortable couch, or pour yourself a drink at the custom wet bar, just inches from your cozy spot on the couch.
Just off the living room, find a large dining table set for 6. The kitchen is fully prepared. Find pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dishware, providing you with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Additionally, find many small appliances such as a toaster, blender, small waffle maker, French press, and a Mr Coffee coffee maker, with coffee also provided.
The master bedroom features a brand new king memory foam mattress wrapped in crisp linens. Find two dressers and a walk-in closet for ample storage. In the walk-in closet, find a stackable washer and dryer for your use.
The back two bedrooms provide queen memory foam mattresses with fresh linens. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet for extra storage.
In the fourth bedroom, find a custom build bunk bed with a full mattress below and a twin mattress on top. In the bunkroom, there is a dedicated workspace for those working remotely during their stay.
Bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, including towels, toilet paper, and shampoo/body wash. In the front bathroom, find a hair dryer for your use and 4 additional beach towels in the closet.
Outside, enjoy a beautiful all-cedar outdoor shower, spacious front deck space, and a side patio with BBQ grill. We provide 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests.

This is the best beach house we have ever stayed at. The pictures online, just shows a glimpse of its beauty. It's even more beautiful in person! The owner did not miss one detail or opportunity to make their home welcoming to guests. Even the tiny teenie plant over the kitchen sink window sill, says welcome. :-) Beds were comfy, nice having washer and dryer in MBR closet, kitchen was well equipped, plenty of parking and quiet. If we are in the area again, we would like to stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at the Palmetto House was wonderful! The home is as gorgeous in person and it is in the pictures ... so beautifully decorated, cozy and welcoming. We as well as our friends all enjoyed the comfortable mattresses and hotel quality linens and towels that were provided. The cupboards were stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and then some! The deck was perfect spot to sit in the evenings. The string lights on the eaves really set the mood. Beach access is just a short 2 block walk straight up 29th street and the grocery store and lots of cute restaurants and shops are within walking distance straight out Duffy Street.Overall, this an exceptional property. The hosts were so accommodating and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute our stay. 5 stars!!!!

Property was just as advertised. Nice part of town and short walk to beach. Clean and with all amenities you may need. Outdoor shower was a nice plus. We were originally concerned about the lack of central a/c. However the mini split units in the house allowed us to control the temp in each room. It was plenty cool throughout the house.
Would return.
