    The reception staff are incredibly patient and helpful. The location is excellent and super convenient for shopping right in Pratunam. Having an airport shuttle service made the whole trip so easy and hassle-free!

    Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The power tripped several times during the first night, which was extremely inconvenient and disrupted our sleep. The water pressure was very weak, making showering uncomfortable. The basin also had no hot water function, which was inconvenient, especially when washing up. The room was too dim and poorly lit, giving the room a gloomy and uncomfortable atmosphere. On top of that, there was a noisy compressor inside the toilet, which was clearly audible from the room. We had to keep the toilet door closed while sleeping just to reduce the noise. Another major inconvenience was the difficulty with pick-up and drop-off. The hotel is not very vehicle-friendly, making it troublesome when arriving or leaving with luggage, especially when using Grab or taxis. Other than the good location, I honestly could not find much positive about this hotel. There are simply too many basic issues that affected the overall comfort of the stay. For the price, I expected a much better experience. I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are properly addressed.
