    My 2 friends and I stayed at Spruce Lane Lodge for 1 night and we were quite satisfied with the cottage. The place was clean a very cosy. It was equipped with the necessary items for our use during our stay. I highly recommend.

    No staff on site, ice machine doesn't work, rooms dirty, ants, yellow towels. .. self check in with staff on phone. We were sent to 3 rooms because each was dirty - not swept/vacuumed, bathroom (toilet, tub, mirrors) not cleaned. Ended up having to find alternative place to stay. Booked through Agoda who still has not completed a refund even though staff at the Lodge said they requested one for us and asked us not to leave a negative review. Nothing on the Lodge's website accurately described the accommodations or hospitality of the property. Very disappointed with our experience.
