Sehr schöne neue Unterkunft. Die Appartements sind sehr geräumig, luxuriös und schön eingerichtet. Check in und Check out war sehr unkompliziert und das Personal war sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The house and location were perfect. Furnishings, bedding, kitchen - all top standard. the location was as expected very nice, we had a quiet house.
The staff were rude, dismissive and uniformed. After I politely complained via email, a manager paid us a visit. She was sweet and professional - apologizing profusely for her staff. She had been on vacation. Still, it really could not make up for the other staff members (at least 3 on different days) who clearly did not want to help anything at all if they could avoid it.
