The Wilmshagen vacation home is located on a private property of approximately 1 ha between Stralsund and Greifswald. The property is detached and therefore offers complete privacy. The nearest neighbor is 600 meters away.
Thanks to its location, the vacation home is ideal for undisturbed family gatherings of up to 7 people, allowing you to truly enjoy your time together in seclusion and surrounded by nature. The vacation home is an old farmhouse that was completely renovated in 1995. The antique furniture, as well as the ceiling and wall paneling, enhance the ambiance of the old farmhouse. Especially in the evening, by the fire in the open fireplace, the atmosphere of days gone by comes alive again.
Due to its location, wildlife may venture onto the property, particularly in the morning and evening hours. Thanks to its diverse tree population, the property offers plenty of space for observing flora and fauna. There is also a dog kennel for dogs.
You can relax and enjoy the late hours on the terrace with a fire pit.
Access to the property is via a tree-lined driveway leading to the main entrance. The distance from the carport to the front door is approximately 30 meters. The barn and stables located on the property are not accessible to guests.
Wilmshagen Vacation Home:
On the first floor of the 180 m² vacation home, you’ll find the kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, sink, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, etc.; the fireplace room; the living room with dining area and smart TV; the sunroom for cooler hours; a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine; and a bedroom for 2 people with a double bed (180x200).
A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features a large open area with two single beds, two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200) each accommodating two people, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The entrance to the Finnish sauna is located at the end of the shed between the firewood stacks and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
