Mi è piaciuta l'atmosfera che si respirava all'hotel. Sembrava di stare in un rifugio di montagna. In particolare ho gradito l'attenzione e la premura del personale della struttura. Eugenia sempre sorridente e pronta a soddisfare ogni necessità. Ivan ragazzo silente ma pronto ad assisterti per le varie esigenze. Katia che ha allietato con la sua bravura le nostre cene e le nostre colazioni in hotel.
Non C'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Forse se l'albergo fosse stato dotato di una piccola spa sarebbe stato perfetto ma di converso avrebbe perso un poco del suo fascino

Il personale, non parlava in italiano. La cena e la colazione sono state minimali, neppure una fetta di strudel, il minimo indispensabile e in montagna nn ti aspetti una cosa così
