We felt right at home - greeted with Prosecco and kindness upon arrival, and an espresso and more pleasantries upon departure. Would highly recommend! An incredible drive to get to a beautiful stay in the mountains.

Rikhelan your cosy hideaway in the dolimites.

Tunnels and curves get you to Augusto and his lovely wives’ typical mountain refuge with beautiful views, great hikes but above all, a nice, cosy atmosphere, lovely food and company topped with superb service. Been many places, will get back here!

Location. Nice breakfast but not variable. Pretty much the same every day. Limited choice for vegetarian dinners- in the morning we asked what veggie option will be available on a day but didn't get an answer so went somewhere else to eat.

We had a room next to the family with children and dogs- was quite noisy and we couldn't sleep there really well because of that.

Il personale è gentile e attento ad intolleranze ed allergie - colazione buona e variegata. Suggeriscono attività da fare in paese su richiesta.

Non c’è molta chiarezza sui prezzi dei servizi, vedi colazione e cena. La junior suite era differente dalle foto inserite, il bagno molto meno spazioso delle aspettative (era però presente il balcone come da foto e descrizione).

Bello ma…

Si tratta di una magnifica casa storica in legno su più piani, con diverse camere e una stube ristorante. La struttura si affaccia su un giardino con sdraio ai piedi di una pista da sci, e si affaccia sui monti circostanti.

La camera al primo piano era angusta e buia, a causa della presenza di camminamenti attorno al perimetro che non permetto la ricezione diretta della luce. Il terrazzo di fatto è inutilizzabile perchè affaccia sulle altre camere e quindi non offre alcuna privacy, ed inoltre non dispone di tavolino o sedie. I pasti sono serviti in fasce orarie troppo limitate e non adeguate alla stagione estiva: colazione dalle 8 alle 9, cena dalle 19 alle 20. Di giorno la struttura non offre di fatto nessun servizio, rendendo quindi poco confertevole l’eventuale permanenza: non c’è infatti un presidio continuativo del bar. La struttura è di fatto a pochi minuti dal centro del paese ma si trova ad un dislivello consistente, che rende davvero difficoltoso il muoversi a piedi.

Di questo soggiorno ricorderemo l’infinita disponibilità di Daniela, principalmente, e di tutto lo staff; la sensibilità e l’attenzione per l’ospite è stata eccezionale!!! Il clima famigliare e tranquillo ha favorito la conoscenza fra gli ospiti; la cena quasi personalizzata e la colazione varia e buonissima un plus!!Complimenti!!

Il check in alle ore 16,00 e check out entro le ore 10,00. Credo che non sia neppure regolare far pagare una camera per un soggiorno che dura 18 ore invece che 24 ore. A causa del maltempo avevamo la necessità di avere la camera da letto un po' prima, magari anche solo per depositare i bagagli, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare le ore 16,00 con tutto il disagio possibile; abbiamo dovuto passare una giornata con il maltempo fuori dell'hotel!!! Dovrebbero munirsi di un ingresso con i codici! così è improponibile! La camera è molto piccola e poco pulita; il televisore non funzionava. I mobili contenitori sono molto piccoli, dove non entra quasi nulla. Il bagno è piccolissimo.

Una vergogna

Be chi l’ha vista? Un giorno prima della partenza mi chiama il titolare dicendo che la nostra prenotazione è saltata per un errore loro. Considerando che io e mia moglie ci siamo presi un giorno di ferie e buttato a l’aria. Ho chiesto gentilmente di prenotarmi il week end dopo visto che era il nostro anniversario di matrimonio ma il titolare non si fa sentire. Ottimo servizio.

Bellissimo posto, ottimo cibo e servizio

La struttura è caratteristica ed accogliente, ubicata in posizione isolata il che garantisce tranquillità e silenzio.in più dalla terrazza e dal giardino si gode di una vista spettacolare sulle cime a sud. La camera era pulitissima è di dimensioni adeguate. La cucina è ottima e consiglio di fermarsi a cena. La colazione è varia ed abbondante, e comprende formaggi ed affettati di alta qualità, dolci fatti in casa, uova strapazzata a richiesta, oltre a frutta, yogurt, muesli, eccetera. Infine, tutto il personale è molto cordiale e professionale. Un soggiorno perfetto

Predivan renovirani hotel nalazi se u kući na osami udaljeno nekoliko minuta vožnje od centra sela. Domaćini su se i više nego trudili da nam boravak u hotelu bude ugodan. Doručak je bio odličan! Pogled s terase je očaravajući. Planine gdje god da se okrenete.
