    Cozy, newly furnished, and in a great location near the subway station. I also loved the little garden in the back — such a charming touch! Hacen was really helpful and kind. I’ll definitely be back!

    Spent 2 nights in this beautiful hotel. First of all, the location is perfect if you like to stay around Le Marais, 11ème but it's also located 2 min away from the Metro station of Oberkampf,on a line taking you to all the touristy attractions. My classic single room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The view was to the patio. Due to the weather, i didn't use the garden facilities. I did not have the breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly.All in all, i will come back to this hotel. Thank you for everything !

    The location and value for money of this hotel are great. The room is small, but it appears to be the standard in Paris. The main issue, is that the staff at reception are exceptionally rude. We wanted to leave our bags for a couple hours from 11-14, and were told to just leave them in the lobby, even though there's a locked closet. When I protested, the receptionist said "in France we say, that if you are scared of being robbed,you are a thief". He literally accused me of being a thief because I didn't want to leave my bags where anyone can grab them. He also claimed that there's always a person there, but we knew that to be a lie because when we checked in there was no one there for about 15 minutes. Another employee also was rude in general. I don't understand why you work in hospitality if you despise foreigners. Pick another profession.
