The accommodation is great if you are driving in as there is ample parking in the road, Gillian is a great host and uses WhatsApp to aid entry. The stairs are relatively private and not too difficult. The small accommodation seems far more spacious as there is good use of doors.
Worth noting this is a residential area with a fair distance between shops and the Woodside Park tube station so come with the basics.

Clean, easy parking, great location for easy access to central London, friendly host.
It would be good to have a door between the bathroom area and the stairs to give total privacy. We were only staying one night so didn’t have time to find a local shop. Some milk to go with the coffee pods would be great.

Very comfortable beds and very clean bed linen. Lovely bathroom and great to have kitchenette facilities. Two TV’s great bonus.
