Altea Old Town Paraiso

Location was fantastic - short stroll to the old town, supermarket etc. First floor terrace was large with a great awning for shade. Very comfortable and roomy home with excellent ceiling fans - really don't need a/c. Kitchen has dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Living room very comfortable and large. Bedrooms comfortable and quiet at night.

Overall it was great. If I was going to mention anything it would be that the chairs on the terrace are not comfortable for sitting on. We brought the large chairs from the garden in to sit on and read etc. They are heavy though to move. We spent most of our time outside so would have struggled without the alternative. Loungers broken so couldn't take to the pool which was a shame.

The location was great for the old town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious with lovely views and two seated outside areas. The attic room was nice.

The property was generally good but in need of a refresh. There was a lack of sockets and mirrors in the bedrooms. Also there were no sunbeds for the pool area. There were three chairs but one was broken. There is no aircon which wasn't a problem for us as there were plenty of fans.

Great location- very close to the square and walking distance to the beach. Lovely pool and gardens.

We had to be very careful with our toddler and all the tiled stairs. Some baby gates, hand rails etc would have made it a bit easier.

La amplitud

Estaba todo súper dejado, la limpieza pésima daba igual la estancia, no pudimos ni utilizar los ventiladores de lo sucios q estaban y hacía un calor insoportable, sobre todo en la habitación de arriba que tiene una ventana redonda y sin persiana o una cortina q ayude a quitar la claridad y el calor inmenso q entra , el mantel de la mesa todo roto y así todo , mesa exterior rota , sillas mal ….todo así y luego pone dos baños pero realmente es un aseo y un baño ya q uno solo tiene taza no ducha y para un grupo de 6 o 7 personas como fue nuestro caso era una auténtica locura a la hora de los baños, en fin la casa está bien si se cuidara porque además es grande, pero según esta no merece la pena y otra cosa q no vimos q era pero nos levantábamos abrasados de picaduras , creo q según esta ahora mismo tiene un precio elevado q no merece , no pongo más fotos porque no me deja pero horno sucio, lavavajillas sucio, te pegas en los armarios…
