The heating came on half an hour then went off it’s winter and I think it wood be better if it stopped on

Very stressful
I didn’t stay in the end as the place was filthy dam and cold. It also had the worst smell smoke ever. Such a shame as these rooms could be lovely with a bit care and decent clean. I arrived at 7 pm and whilst the person manning the phone said she would send a cleaner tbh it needed a deep clean and I left. Having to go find somewhere else to stay at 9pm

Bad area of town and lousy accommodation
I was so appalled at the accommodation that I decided not to stay there but went to Barton Hall instead. I expect a full refund and did contact the owner and gave him my bank details so that the refund could be made.
I am 80 years of age and there was a bunkbed. It was advertised as being close to the station but it is nowhere near the station.

For ur money it’s what u get
It’s a cute little room with a fridge and coffee machine. The communal kitchen did have the utensils needed.
The room wasn’t the cleanest. The bedding was tired, and the bathroom could have the skirting attached to the walls. Also in the kitchen lock up for myself there was a random stick of butter in a bowl.

The bed was appalling. Way too high for a big man like myself. I ended up moving the mattress and sleeping on the floor. So over priced
